Terms and Conditions for Direct Sales to Consumers

DELIVERY

All prices shown on interplaydirect.co.uk exclude postage and packaging to mainland UK, which are quoted separately.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are quoted on Interplaydirect.co.uk in UK pounds sterling.

Prices for each product shown on interplaydirect.co.uk include VAT, charged at the prevailing rate which is chargeable on all orders within mainland UK.

We always ensure that the prices on Interplaydirect.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products on your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with.

We will give you the option of reconfirming your order with us at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product will be refunded in full.

Please note that while we guarantee to send a notification of every valid order we receive, you will understand that we cannot guarantee that the notification we send will be received by you nor that if it is received by you it will be legible and uncorrupted.

PAYMENT

You must pay for your order before delivery. Payment must be made using one of the following methods:

Credit Card/Debit Card

· Orders may be processed online, or by telephone, using a credit or debit card (currently Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your order.

· All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the order differs.

Cheque/Postal order

· Please make cheques payable to Interplay UK Ltd. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.

Overseas Orders

· If you wish to place an order and you live outside of the UK, please call us on 01628 488 525 and we can process your order over the phone.

AVAILABLITLY

All items are subject to availability. Interplaydirect.co.uk may cancel any sale if it is deemed reasonable to do so. We may also change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion.

We try to keep Interplaydirect.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply a product we will contact you. You will then be able to decide weather you wish to wait for the product to return to stock or to cancel your order. You will not be charged for any cancellations and we will refund any amount that has already been debited by us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Interplay is confident with the quality of the goods supplied and we believe that you will be delighted with your product. However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt and in a resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 days of receipt and will generally be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made.

Faulty Goods:

If you received goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost.

Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Your Statutory Rights:

Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions of business are specifically for the sale of Goods where the Buyer is also the consumer, and should be read in conjunction with Interplay UK Limited’s ‘Standard Terms and Conditions’ available on request or can be downloaded at www.interplayuk.co.uk. Where necessary, the ‘Terms and Conditions for direct sales to consumers’ take precedence over the Standard Terms and Conditions.
