Interplay Direct is the Customer Services division of Interplay UK Ltd. We deal with all customer enquiries relating to Interplay products and also the dispatch of products, livestock and spare parts.

Interplay Direct Customer Services Charter
This Charter sets out the commitment and standard of service we aim to provide
- We are committed to providing a high quality professional service for our customers by giving clear, consistent, accurate and prompt responses to their enquiries and/or purchases.
- Any contact with customers will be friendly, courteous and helpful.
- If we make a mistake we will apologise.
- Any purchase request received before 12pm will be processed and dispatched the same day - Requests received after 12pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
- If for any reason there is a problem with the order that will cause a delay of more than 3 days; the customer will be contacted and informed of the situation and given the estimated delivery date.
- Any e-mail enquiries will be answered within 24 hours - Any letter received will be answered and returned within 1 working day.
- We aim to constantly improve our service standards!
